A Pimp’s Word

English IPA | ABV: 6% | IBU: 41

This ale was brewed with over 50% golden promise malt, hence the name, A Pimp’s Word. Sitting at only 41 IBUs this brew is not as hop forward as an American IPA. It has a subtle hop character with a nice malt back bone. It has sweet fruity esters with a velvety smooth mouthfeel.

Manly Vanilla Porter (M.V.P.)

Baltic Porter | ABV: 7.8% | IBU: 30

A rich, chocolatey, slightly roasty porter with huge vanilla notes. Aged on Madagascar vanilla beans and small batch bourbon to add even more complexity. It has a thick creamy tan head with a velvety smooth mouthfeel. An extremely drinkable crowd favorite.

How Now Brown Cow

Milk Stout | ABV: 7.4% | IBU: 26

Brewed with cocoa powder and aged on light roast Buddy Brew coffee this brew starts with a chocolatey, roasty richness and finishes with subtle residual sweetness from milk sugar. This ale produces a creamy tan head.

Sable’s Stout

A deliciously rich and smooth Dry Irish Stout with a well balanced mix of coffee and chocolate malts that bring a full-bodied, roasty flavor to this sessionable stout.

Surreal Oatmeal

The malty backbone of this rich, deep brown oatmeal stout comes from the use of dark malts and roasted barley. With almost no hop bitterness, the oats and malt take center stage in this medium bodied beer and provide a very smooth mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness.

Fruitage A Trois

Hard cider made from 75% apple cider and 25% mango passion fruit juice. This ain’t your sweet, sugary supermarket cider. This threesome of fruit is a dry cider with a fruity tart finish from the Belgian Saison yeast and coriander. This cider drinks more like a nice white wine.

This is a French Saison brewed with peaches, orange zest and corriander. It is crisp and refreshing with big peach aroma and the perfect amount of farmhouse funk.

Dew Me Baby

This is a Belgian Saison brewed with orange zest, coriander and aged on fresh honeydew melon. This refreshing brew has huge aroma and taste of honeydew.

Expurgated Pumpkin

Spice/Herb/Vegetable Beer | ABV: 8.5% | IBU: 68

This dry imperial pumpkin ale was fermented with honey, maple syrup and a conservative amount of traditional pumpkin pie spices. Pumpkin imparts a very subtle flavor in this beer but does bolster it’s deep orange color. It starts with pumpkin and spice and finishes with a maple, malty sweetness.

Pinky Out

American Amber | ABV: 6.3% | IBU: 83

An amber ale brewed with orange blossom honey and jasmine tea. Ample hop bitterness with a nice malt backbone. This brew is a perfect mix of beer and high tea.

Sekhmet

Dunkelweizen | ABV: 5.5% | IBU: 24

A refreshing wheat-based ale with classic hefeweizen notes of banana and spicy clove balanced by a sweet maltyness. This open fermented ale is crisp with very little bitterness. It is light bodied and has soft bready notes with a medium dry finish.

This imperial pumpkin ale is the perfect marriage of pumpkin and spices. This pleasant brew has virtually no bitterness with a nice malt backbone.

A creamy refreshing ale with a sweet aroma and slight fruity esters due to the English ale yeast. Surprisingly easily drinkable despite it’s higher ABV for the style.
