Bastet Brewing is proud to be part of the diverse craft beer scene in the Tampa Bay area. We brew a wide variety of beers and ciders that are often inspired by fermentation traditions from other countries and cultures around the world. As a nano-brewery, our beer philosophy emphasizes local, fresh and high quality. We look forward to serving you some unique Florida craft beer!

Ra - toberfest
Marzen. This amber lager has a deep, mulit-layered malt flavor with a semi-dry finish. With a bready and caramel like aroma, its medium body has a smooth, creamy texture that begs you to take another sip. Its rich, bready and toasty flavor is perfect for the cooler weather of October.
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 20

Barrel Aged Duat
Imperial Stout. This is a full bodied, intensely flavored, rich, malty Russian Imperial Stout that was aged for 16 months in a whiskey barrel and has an exceptional oaky barrel character. With forward flavors of chocolate and molasses, this jet-black ale shows a touch of sweetness and finishes with a slight lingering bitterness and heightened woody notes. 22oz bottle only.

Ned Meets Homer
English Barleywine. This brew is an extraordinary roller coaster of flavors with a big sweet malty aroma and taste and a balanced bitterness to match its maltiness. This special, one keg only batch is filled with notes of maple, toffee, caramel and decadent cake donut batter with a touch of cinnamon.
ABV: 12.0 % | IBU: 50

Double Barrel Aged JoAnn's Tater Pie
Seasonal Ale. Brewed with maple sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and LOTS of sweet potato and then aged in a rye whiskey barrel and a second whiskey barrel for 16 months to round out the flavors. It conveys a more tempered barrel character that pairs well with its maple notes. The sweet potato imparts big flavor and a deep orange color and is balanced with a slight maltiness and the perfect amount of spice. 22oz bottle only.

Don't Be Hittin' My Switches’
West Coast IPA. Brewed with Warrior, Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook, this beer has resinous, piney notes along with citrus, tangerine and grapefruit notes. It's a surprisingly easy drinking brew despite its hefty ABV.
ABV: 7.2 % | IBU: 69

Strawberry Short Retort
Cider. Strawberry short cake was the inspiration for this semi-sweet cider, treated with several flats of local Plant City strawberries. It starts with ripe, fresh strawberries on the palate followed by subtle notes of whipped cream. Gluten Free.
ABV: 6.9% | IBU: 0

Unsalted Rim
Fruit Beer. This gluten free brew has strong citrus flavors of orange, lemon and lime with the perfect amount of tart and tangy and finishes with a slight touch of sweetness.
ABV: 4.0% | IBU: 0

Key Lime Apep
Pilsner. The complex, clean maltiness of this crisp lager is followed by a beautifully balanced hop bitterness. It's light bodied and golden with toasted bread notes in its aroma along with gentle notes of tangy key lime.
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 30

Giant Yep NITRO
Dry Stout. This brew is full of dark, roasty coffee notes with a bone dry finish. A sessionable, low ABV, lighter bodied stout whose name happens to be an anagram for Egyptian. On Nitrogen!!

Shu's Bones
Hazy IPA. This hazy IPA, dry hopped with Cashmere, Callista and Mosiac hops, has notes of citrus, melon and stone fruit. It’s a super drinkable and super smooth juice bomb. Recommended with breakfast.
ABV: 7.8 % | IBU: 35

Khopesh
Belgian Tripel. This beer starts with soft grainy notes that round out to the delightful fruity esters produced by the Belgian yeast used in fermentation. It finishes with peppery, spicy notes that come from both the Saaz hops and the Belgian yeast. This one is super drinkable despite it’s big ABV.
ABV: 8.0% | IBU: 27

Pie Of Ra
Sour Ale. This bold, bright red, cherry pie inspired sour ale has huge aroma and taste of tart and tangy Montmorency cherries. The lactic acid backbone of this kettle sour is given another layer of complexity by the strong malic acid tartness of the Montmorency cherries.
ABV: 4.3% | IBU: 2

Et Tu, Nebu?
Golden Ale. This hoppy golden ale has malty notes of bread and biscuit immediately followed by an intense hoppiness with fruity undertones. The hop forward character of this golden will definitely appeal to hop heads. Despite its hefty ABV, this beer is an easy drinker.

Hop Skull 22
Hazy IPA.
A collaboration with our friends at Coppertail Brewing
This hazy IPA was dry hopped with Enigma, Galaxy, Citra and Vic Secret hops. It’s a smooth, tropical juice bomb with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, peaches, apricot, tangerine and mango. Cheers to Bastertail!
ABV: 8.0%

¡OLE! Tepache
Fruit Beer. Tepache is a traditional pineapple based ferment from Mexico. ¡OLE! Tepache was fermented with pineapple, ginger and cardamom and is a refreshing, sweet and tangy twist on the traditional Mexican recipe. It's also GLUTEN FREE!
ABV: 3.5% | IBU: 0

Who's Coming Wit Me?
Belgian Witbier. Brewed with generous amounts of unmalted wheat, coriander, orange peel and flaked oats, this beer has prominent wheat and bread notes along with bright notes of orange and coriander. A refreshing, summer time beer.
ABV: 4.8% | IBU: 16

Deshret
Amber Ale. Named after the red crown of lower Egypt, this brew is malty with a clean dry finish and the perfect hop profile. The power imbued in this dignified beverage will immediately elevate you to royal status.
ABV: 6.5 % | IBU: 28

Tangible Scruff
Sour Ale. Back by popular demand, this kettle sour has a fantastic sweet, ripe, juicy peach aroma and flavor that pairs perfectly with its tartness.
ABV: 4.3 % | IBU: 2

Apep Pils
Pilsner. The complex, clean maltiness of this crisp lager is followed by a beautifully balanced hop bitterness. Light bodied and golden with toasted bread notes in its aroma. Just as Apep was unable to escape Bastet, your taste buds will not escape the deliciousness of this pilsner.

Tater Pumpkinator
Seasonal Ale. This is what happens when a sweet potato pie and a pumpkin pie collide. Loaded with notes of pumpkin, sweet potato, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Perfectly decadent but not overly sweet.
ABV: 9.1% | IBU: 18

Telethusa’s Prayer
Sour Ale. This citrus forward sour, filled with notes of lemon, lime and orange, rounds off with subtle notes of strawberry and papaya. It's a tangy, flavorful, springtime refreshment.
ABV: 4.3 % | IBU: 2

Luxor Blonde
Blonde Ale. This beer has a sweet malty aroma with light bready notes. Just a clean, easy-drinking, well balanced ale.
ABV: 5.3% | IBU: 37

Awkward Socialite
Sour Ale. This sour was conditioned on pineapple and jackfruit. It's packed with huge notes of ripe jackfruit and juicy pineapple with subtle notes of crisp apple.
ABV: 4.3% | IBU: 2

van Gogh man Gogh
Sour Ale. This sour ale was conditioned with mango and Madagascar vanilla beans. These surprisingly complementary flavors create a pairing that keep your tastebuds as entertained as your eyeballs are in the van Gogh museum. Served with a wedge of ear.

Earn Your Stripes
Baltic Porter.
A collaboration with our friends at Dade City Brew House
This porter was lagered for months and then conditioned on 100% organic tiger nuts. It has rich, malty notes of toffee followed by a slightly sweet nuttiness and finishes with a decent amount of roastiness.
ABV: 7.2%

Rameses Root Beer
Non Alcoholic Root Beer.
Our own deliciously creamy root beer soda. Notes of vanilla, caramel and molasses with a touch of birch and anise.
