Bastet Brewing is proud to be part of the diverse craft beer scene in the Tampa Bay area. We brew a wide variety of beers and ciders that are often inspired by fermentation traditions from other countries and cultures around the world. As a nano-brewery, our beer philosophy emphasizes local, fresh and high quality. We look forward to serving you some unique Florida craft beer!

Ra - toberfest
Marzen. This amber lager has a deep, mulit-layered malt flavor with a semi-dry finish. With a bready and caramel like aroma, its medium body has a smooth, creamy texture that begs you to take another sip. Its rich, bready and toasty flavor is perfect for the cooler weather of October.

Barrel Aged Duat
Imperial Stout. This is a full bodied, intensely flavored, rich, malty Russian Imperial Stout that was aged for 16 months in a whiskey barrel and has an exceptional oaky barrel character. With forward flavors of chocolate and molasses, this jet-black ale shows a touch of sweetness and finishes with a slight lingering bitterness and heightened woody notes. 22oz bottle only.

Duat
Russian Imperial Stout. A full bodied, intensely flavored, rich, malty ale. With forward flavors of chocolate and molasses, this jet-black ale shows a touch of sweetness and finishes with a slight lingering bitterness.

Double Barrel Aged JoAnn's Tater Pie
Seasonal Ale. Brewed with maple sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and LOTS of sweet potato and then aged in a rye whiskey barrel and a second whiskey barrel for 16 months to round out the flavors. It conveys a more tempered barrel character that pairs well with its maple notes. The sweet potato imparts big flavor and a deep orange color and is balanced with a slight maltiness and the perfect amount of spice. 22oz bottle only.

JoAnn's Tater Pie
Seasonal Ale. Brewed with maple sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and LOTS of sweet potato and then aged on vanilla to round out the flavors of Mama's infamous 'tater pie. The sweet potato imparts big flavor and a deep orange color. Balanced with a slight maltiness and the perfect amount of spice.

Watch Me Break Em’
West Coast IPA. Brewed with base malts of Pilsner and Golden Promise, this beer provides the perfect clean, crisp malt canvas to showcase the beautiful hop profile. It has big notes of pine, resin, pineapple and citrus followed by a dry, lingering bitter finish.
ABV: 6.9% | IBU: 64
Grappleberry
Semi-sweet Belgian Cider. This semi dry cider was brewed and fermented with concord grapes and fresh, local blueberries. It has notes of sweet blueberries followed by tangy notes of grape and finishes with slight earthiness from the Belgian yeast we used in fermentation.
ABV: 5.5% | IBU: 0
Finnish Him!
Fruit Beer. This brew was inspired by a fermented lemonade from Finland called Sima. It has a slight residual sweetness that creates a balance to the tart, fresh squeezed Meyer lemons.

Khopesh
Belgian Tripel. This beer starts with soft grainy notes that round out to the delightful fruity esters produced by the Belgian yeast used in fermentation. It finishes with peppery, spicy notes that come from both the Saaz hops and the Belgian yeast. This one is super drinkable despite it’s big ABV.

Bastet Birthday Stout
Russian Imperial Stout. The thick, rich flavors of chocolate, molasses and decadent cake batter make this the perfect beer to commemorate our anniversary. Cheers!

Mau Brown
Brown Ale. A collaboration beer with our friends at Leaven Brewing. Brewed with flaked oats and conditioned on toasted hazelnuts, this super smooth, rich and roasty brown ale has notes of chocolate, coffee and toffee immediately followed by a surge of hazelnut.
ABV: 5.6% | IBU: 26
Et Tu, Nebu?
Blonde Ale. This hoppy golden ale has malty notes of bread and biscuit immediately followed by an intense hoppiness with fruity undertones. The hop forward character of this golden will definitely appeal to hop heads. Despite its hefty ABV, this beer is an easy drinker.

ArchaeologicALE
Old Ale. Brewed with wildflower honey and conditioned with toasted almonds and Medjool dates. This copper beauty has a delicious malt character with notes of dark fruit and slight nuttiness.

Who's Coming Wit Me?
Belgian Witbier. Brewed with generous amounts of unmalted wheat, coriander, orange peel and flaked oats, this beer has prominent wheat and bread notes along with bright notes of orange and coriander. A refreshing, summer time beer.

Giant Yep NITRO
Dry Stout. This brew is full of dark, roasty coffee notes with a bone dry finish. A sessionable, low ABV, lighter bodied stout whose name happens to be an anagram for Egyptian. On Nitrogen!!

Ochre Sky
Russian Imperial Stout. This brew is full of rich, luscious notes of red velvet cake and cheese cake. It's a very well balanced desert stout that does not finish overly sweet.

Deshret
Amber Ale. Named after the red crown of lower Egypt, this brew is malty with a clean dry finish and the perfect hop profile. The power imbued in this dignified beverage will immediately elevate you to royal status.

Huck If You Buck
Sour Ale. A dark purple huckleberry sour with hints of blueberry. These simultaneously sweet and tart berries complement this sour ale perfectly.

Drunkards Of Menkaure
Russian Imperial Stout. This beer has huge, bold notes of roasted coffee followed by the thick, rich flavors of molasses and chocolate and finishes with a hint of maple.

Tangible Scruff
Sour Ale. Back by popular demand, this kettle sour has a fantastic sweet, ripe, juicy peach aroma and flavor that pairs perfectly with its tartness.

Apep Pils
Pilsner. The complex, clean maltiness of this crisp lager is followed by a beautifully balanced hop bitterness. Light bodied and golden with toasted bread notes in its aroma. Just as Apep was unable to escape Bastet, your taste buds will not escape the deliciousness of this pilsner.

Tater Pumpkinator
Seasonal Ale. This is what happens when a sweet potato pie and a pumpkin pie collide. Loaded with notes of pumpkin, sweet potato, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Perfectly decadent but not overly sweet.

Fistful Of Goji
Field Beer. This beer was brewed with Chayote (Fist Fruit), goji berries and meyer lemon. The end result is a slightly sweet, slightly tangy, refreshing beer that you can crush all day.

Luxor Blonde
Blonde Ale. This beer has a sweet malty aroma with light bready notes. Just a clean, easy-drinking, well balanced ale.

Bastastic Blur
Hazy IPA. This hazy was brewed and dry hopped with three different hop varietals and is packed with fruity notes of orange, passion fruit, strawberry, and melon. It's a perfectly balanced beer with a beautiful hoppy aroma and soft hop juiciness that glides across the palate.
